BANI (Birthing As Nature Intended) childbirth classes focus on using guided relaxation and breathing to help mothers labor harmoniously with nature and their bodies. During four separate classes we will discuss relaxation methods, use guided meditation to prepare for labor, talk about childbirth, watch childbirth videos, and as a bonus class we will discuss newborn care and baby-wearing.
Suzanne Cardinal has been teaching BANI classes for 4 years and was a baby-wearing instructor with Sling Babies of the Capital District for 7 years.

Thanks for posting the topics covered in your courses. It is very similar to the one I’m taking right now in Birth for Men. The movement of owning birth and making the choice that benefits the mom and baby is very comforting. I thank God for passionate people like you.
