BANI (Birthing As Nature Intended) childbirth classes focus on using guided relaxation and breathing to help mothers labor harmoniously with nature and their bodies. During four separate classes we will discuss relaxation methods, use guided meditation to prepare for labor, talk about childbirth, watch childbirth videos, and as a bonus class we will discuss newborn care and babywearing.
Suzanne Cardinal has been teaching BANI classes for 4 years and was a babywearing instructor with Sling Babies of the Capital District for 7 years.
